Once your body sees that it doesn't get enough carbs it starts breaking down stored gloucose in your body. This process is called Ketosis.

Achieve a Routine in your Fat Loss Exercises

So we've all signed up to go to the gym, worked on our abs for a couple of minutes and then never looked back, right? If you're really committed to losing weight then you're going to need a good weight loss routine that can achieve fast and effective results without putting your health at risk. Once you get used to the workout you'll be able to go on for longer periods of time without the need to stop.
